- Your phone or computer to activate the app (optional)

Step-by-step setup 10 min
- 1
Open the TV app store
On Samsung press Home and open Apps (Smart Hub). On LG press Home and open the LG Content Store (Apps).
- 2
Install a player
Search for the player app recommended for your TV model (for example IBO Player) and install it. Open it once the install finishes.
- 3
Note the MAC address and device key
Most TV players show a MAC address and a device key on the first screen. Take a photo of it with your phone.
- 4
Activate the app
Either send the photo to our support on WhatsApp and we load your playlist for you, or open the player's website on your phone, enter the MAC and key, and paste the M3U link from your welcome email.
- 5
Restart the app
Close the player completely and open it again. Your playlist appears with live TV, movies and series.
- 6
Turn on the TV guide
In the app settings, select the EPG option and refresh. The guide loads in a minute or two for most channels.
Tips for the best picture
- Some TV players charge a small one-time activation fee after a free period. That fee goes to the app developer, not to us.
- For 4K, use a wired connection: many TVs have slower Wi-Fi chips than streaming sticks.
- If your TV is older than 2017, a Firestick is usually the easier option.
Samsung & LG Smart TV IPTV questions
Does it work on Samsung Tizen TVs?
Yes. Samsung TVs from 2017 onward run Tizen and support several IPTV player apps from Smart Hub.
Which LG TVs are supported?
LG TVs running webOS 4.0 or newer work with the common IPTV players in the LG Content Store.
What about Hisense, TCL, Sony or Roku TVs?
Google TV and Android TV models (many Sony, TCL and Hisense sets) follow the Android guide. Roku does not support IPTV player apps well, so a Firestick is the simplest fix.
